Brad Pittam is a respected leader in the playground and recreation industry with more than 25 years of experience in surfacing, play design, and industry advocacy. He currently serves as Sales Director for North American Agency Partners at KOMPAN Inc. Americas, where he helps communities create innovative and inclusive play and fitness spaces across the continent.
Before joining KOMPAN in 2016, Brad spent many years with Liberty Tire Recycling, serving as General Manager of LTR Products, where he oversaw the development of recycled rubber surfacing materials used in playgrounds and parks nationwide. His background bridges both the manufacturing and design sides of the industry, giving him a unique perspective on long-term play value and sustainability.
Brad also served as President of the International Play Equipment Manufacturers Association (IPEMA) from 2022 to 2024, leading initiatives that advanced safety certification, environmental responsibility, and the promotion of quality play experiences for all children.
